New PLT Offline Viewer Tool 3.0

The new offline Viewer v3.0 enables batch processing of csv files which are generated inside the PLT device. 3D heatmap files and time-based animated gif files are created in no time and can also be filtered and easily displayed with an integrated image viewer for easier comparison and disturbance detection.
